Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "The first room we had was just outside of the kitchen exhaust vents so we could not leave the door and windows open and it was very hot that day. The carpet in our room was stained and gross. The furniture was in need of refinishing or replacing. The Wi-Fi reception was non existent. When we got another room it was much cleaner. Wood floors. Furniture not quite as beat up. Wi-Fi was much better. Problem with this room was the construction just across the street. It was horribly loud. Had to have doors and windows open as it was hot outside but the construction noise went from 7AM to 8:30PM. Just a bad experience all around. The staff was very helpful in getting us another room, however."

"What a beautiful place. The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was terrific. My wife has celiac and they could easily accommodate. The staff were wonderful, warm, and knowledgeable and helped us navigate hiking, biking, and restaurants. The location was great, walkable to town and quiet. We highly recommend the hotel. Ciao"
