"The water controls on the tub were ineffective. Your choice was either hot or cold, no in between. Water pressure was lacking."

"Other than the sheets being clean, the rest of the room was filthy. Dead cockroaches in the room, window sill was covered in dead bugs. The bed itself was as cheap as possible and not comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower spigot actually came off the wall as it was only being held on by caulking, and not very well obviously. The wall unit AC had a weird smell coming from it when I turned it on and when I removed the cover to check the filter it clearly had never been cleaned or replaced and had about an inch thick layer of just grime. I left after 30 minutes and did not actually stay. Based on the listing here on Expedia, I would go so far as to say it was falsely advertised and would advocate that no one stay here until massive changes are implemented."

"Filthy. Nothing works, building in disrepair. The pool is insane, do not go in it. The family that owns this place appears to have completely stopped trying. Red Roof needs to dispatch quality control immediately."

"Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy. Room lacked lighting in the room, no desk lamp, etc. The TV did not work. Very noisy neighbors next door, and they were outside our door, until at least midnight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, small muffins, toast, juices, coffee..... no yogurt or fresh fruit."

"Staff was great and accommodating!! I stay for over a month for work and they were very helpful and privacy was great! Overall it was a great experience for being one of their first customers after opening 🙂"
