Great property, needs more and better luggage cart

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and never had a problem. The only minor ding is there luggage carts. First is there lack of them and then they are small that barely carry anything.

This is our chosen hotel when we go to the area to see family, etc. We could tell a marked difference since we were here last (before the pandemic). The hotel was newish back then. Now: Bathroom fixtures needed repair, towels had stains, mildew was evident, there was hair on our sheets. But a/c was great and staff was nice. Still likely the best option in town.
