"Check in is at 3pm, you are directed to a kiosk where you check in and you are told you’ll recover a text when your room is ready. After sitting on the floor of the lobby with our luggage and about 100 other people, I got in a very long line to try to speak to someone. She said my room wouldn’t be ready for a few more HOURS or I can take a different room now. I took the room that was ready and had a nice view of the back of the building. "

"Unfortunately this time I had several issues wat checkin. They had to assign me to 3 different rooms as the first two were not clean. They had trash, makeup and food inside. This is the first time this happens to me and I come every year with my whole team. I hope this is a one time issue maybe with a particular cleaning person."
