The check in process was really bad. I had to wait on the street with my kids and 4 luggages for 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the key.
The air conditioner wasn’t properly installed and was blowing hot air inside the rooms.
Lastly I got charged a property damage fee that was not refunded even though I caused no damage.
On the positive side, the location is very good, the apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

7.8/10 Good! (463 reviews)
This hotel and staff are absolutely great. Great location. If you are looking for something plush with all the extras, this hotel is not for you. It is clean the beds are comfortable. But, the hotel amenities themselves are bare minimum. The rooms are small. We had three adult women in the family room and it was tiny. Barely room for all of our suitcases. There was a double bed and bunk beds. No dresser to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack.
Located down the street from the Earls Court underground, which was great to get around the city.
We all agreed we definitely would stay there again!!

"Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was buffet style and very tasty. Had a good night's sleep but could hear the motorway in the distance. Staff were helpful and gave us advice about the lixal area."
