There was another gentleman at night who's name has slipped my mind, but he was also very kind and eager to help! My only minor complaint is not having dish soap or cleaner in the room! "Yassem made a difficult situation for my mother and myself bearable. We left the Netherlands early due to her my mother’s pneumonia. He assisted us with trying to find a physician as well as transport to the airport. When the driver did not arrive on time, Yassem drove us himself. Elevators were quick and the building secure, requiring your key card to use elevator. Located in the south end of Amsterdam, but close to transit options. Quick transit ride to the airport. "I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."
