"Very clean everywhere we went in the hotel. Wonderful, expansive breakfast on a Saturday morning. Comfortable bed. Plenty of electrical outlets in room for all our electronics and other equipment. Unique lighting. Bathroom lighting a bit dim but I don't wear make-up anymore so not an issue to me. Wall thermostat controlled room temperature, very good. Free parking. Pool was closing today for maintenance but we weren't there long enough to miss it. Was in town for overnight stay for granddaughter high school graduation."

"No towels in room on arrival. When I went to desk to request towels I was told they couldn’t dry linens .Fire doors opened to stair wells no closed due to carpeting . Elevator inspection expired. Pool was not maintained: slime residue on pool. I had bathed grandson in antibacterial soap. Door to pool area was rusted, safety closure not functioning , propped open with a towel. Ants on multiple surfaces in our room . Required me to clean room with sanitizing wipes. Fire occurred Sunday morning in the laundry room requiring , evacuation. Smoke in hallway of second floor because the doors weren’t closed. Poorly staffed. I was in room 202."

"Room was pretty clean and spacious. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and nice. The sink needs a larger countertop. There were 2 of us staying (my wife and I in a king-size room) and there wasn’t enough room by the sink for both of us to store our toiletries. Also, they gave us enough bath towels and washcloths but only one hand towel. There should’ve been two hand towels. There were a couple small holes in the fitted bed sheet—not a good look. Also, *we* had to be the ones to put the TV through the channel-scanning process. This should’ve been done by hotel staff before we arrived. Overall it’s a good place and I’d stay there again but fixing or improving those little details as listed above would make a big difference. Thank you."
