Liked feeding cockatoo in the mornings. Didn't like the rundown laundry/ironing board.

Room was nice. Kitchen was great. My kids had a great time there. Clean reverb though the place is a little bit old. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Convenient motel looking a bit aged. Could do with a sprucing up. Room was OK but quite aged. Bathroom was renovated and quite nice. Was fine for my needs.

Was not happy with facility not sending any alert of road closure that affected our getting to the accommodation. Thus reach very late and with lots of stress. Wifi was not available and cable TV did not work properly but staff had gone off duty so can't get help.
The higher rating attributed to the kangaroos, parrots that entertained us the subsequent early morning before we left.

We lost our directions and went the wrong way, so we were way beyond check-in time. We thought we would have no place to rest for the night, but Coastal Motel actually left our room key in the mailbox outside the reception office. We were so grateful. Thank you Coastal Motel for leaving us our room key! The room was spacious and clean, toilet was clean too!
There is great food around the place. Delicious fish and chips, award winning dooley's ice cream, and the awesome scallop pie not to be...
