"The location and surroundings of the property are beautiful. The views are amazing. The decor of the villas are dated and basic, but comfortable, functional and clean. I stayed for 2 nights. There’s no wifi and only free to air from Ballarat. Novel. But I loved the quiet and the view and I would go back. "

Some of the provided amenities are a bit worn - coffee maker leaked, there was partially visible grafitti on the gas fireplace, somewhat dirty door, but the view of apollo bay more than made up for it.
