Inexpensive hotel close to Southern Cross station so good location. Large room, comfortable bed and bathroom ok. Air con ok but a fan as well to cool the room and provide air flow which is good.
Lift needs an overhaul as hard to get the 7th floor button to work. Also no picture on channel 7& only channel change and volume buttons, no subtitles option on the TV control.
Good for the price you pay.

Check-in process was atrocious... notified in advance about my time of arrival and was informed I'd be met at the office. Upon arrival, the office was shut (no one stated this before) and I was told I'd been messaged on What's app. As an international traveller not using data roaming, this didn't come through... Finally made it to the apartment - the internet needed (you guessed) mobile data to view the passcode (?!?) and instructions for aircon were for a different apartment. Very frustrating that this info couldn't have been provided in advance
Also, gym access is only for residents as an induction is needed... again not as advertised
Pool area is nice though and apartment had great views over the river

Ocean view was partial. Room/apartment huge and well equiped. Secure car parking. No french press or coffee machine of any kind. Right on the main road but the bedroom was at the back and quiet. The main issue was the bed which was a queen and not big enough.

The room was fine and reasonably well appointed. Staff were rude, no customer service at all. Not sure if owners run it or employed manager but zero customer service. Shame as good location and nice enough place for the price.
