"We stayed here as a family of six, including our two 3-year-olds, and it was by far our favorite place during our time in Italy! The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pools and running around the beautiful property. It felt peaceful, safe, and perfect. The breakfast was lovely each morning—fresh, delicious, and a relaxing way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We only wish we had stayed longer! We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with little ones (or without!)."

"Everything was what we hoped for! The staff was so above and beyond and the restaurant was delicious. They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that. "It is very close to autostrada,which is good if you have car. The Breakfast was excellant,with a wonderful hostess. This lady is a big bonus to this hotel.The air-conditioning is building controlled,which would not suit everyone.The cleaner for our area had poor attention to detail. The lead cleaner was very good and corrected our issues."
