"Free shuttle to the airport six minute drive very convenient large parking lot next-door that they own. You can park there for months at a time very cheap."
Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Waterfront
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room and property, beautiful Christmas decorations. Friendly and helpful staff. My kid loved the indoor heated pool. Breakfast was good but I wish there were more vegan (protein) options."
"I was pleased and surprised that each room had every amenity I always would like to have but rarely find. Most hotels have some but not all of these: Keurig coffee maker in-room well stocked with regular and decaf coffees and teas; microwave; refrigerator; in-room safe; iron and ironing board; hair dryer; bathrobe; and even a full size umbrella! The tv had a huge selection of channels and streaming options (e.g.,Netflix) - all available with no additional charges. We stayed on a cold winter night but the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were both exceptionally well heated so that it was evident that the guests using them were really enjoying the experience. They also have a well equipped exercise room and a laundry room for guests' use. There is a lovely lobby with coffees and teas always available and they provide liquid creamer and half-and-half, not the powdered version. The breakfast was available from 6am-10am and provided a good variety of hot and cold food options.
The staff members were all kind, warm and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and felt secure."
