Breakfast was better than we anticipated, room was clean and when our son thanked one of the kitchen staff, Rosalie, she came over, personally thanked us and the entire room and she was very sweet.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and facility. Denny’s is next store if their complementary breakfast isn’t what you want. Located right off the freeway. They have Tesla charging onsite, with multiple spaces.

The facilities are bright and well planned. The room was immaculate. But, most importantly, the staff was excellent. Even the overnight front desk associate was super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Vanessa and Maribel for going way above and beyond to ensure that I received my lost belongings. Thank you ladies and Hampton Inn-San Mateo. We will be back!

Hotel is pretty new and clean, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Breakfast is pretty good, staff are pretty friendly except one, when I asked for water bottle, she only gave me one even for 2 people in the room.
