It must be the way the Malibu coastline curves and the light hits it differently than other beaches along LA. For moments of serenity or romance head out to Malibu :)

In 2008, I entered my freshman year at Pepperdine University. That year, one of my most beloved traditions began in the creation of what is now a #localgem of Malibu. Each September, Pepperdine University honors the men and women whose lives were lost on September 11, 2001 with the "Wave of Flags." One full size flag is flown for each individual who lost his or her life. They are represented by home country
