"Expedia let us down...searched for hotel with indoor pool. Candido has one, but inside the spa which is closed Monday-Tuesday. I searched for indoor pool for a Tuesday night stay. Expedia should not have shown the hotel. Though what hotel says they have a kid friendly pool and have it closed two days a week?"

"My room was clean only issue I had was the bed , I paid for a Queen and I got to single beds attached to each other . And also it was a bit chilly that day and the heating unit wasn’t giving sufficient heat . Other than that all was well . "

"Well situated and really lovely stay. Far enough away from the Plaza/ shops to not be in the noisy areas on late nights, etc. But everything is close inside the old city! Beautifully restored old building with great updates and amenities!"

"As a former monastery, this is a really cool place to stay. It is very close to the beginning of the aqueduct as well which takes you down to the central core. Easily walkable to all the interesting sites. The history and ambiance is something to experience. The menu in the restaurant was awesome with good service. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Happily stay again."
