"Closest airport to the terminal and with a complementary shuttle that runs pretty regularly. Rooms are clean and a good size. Staff are very helpful. Only downside was the pool Which was freezing and would definitely benefit from being heated."

"Nearby restaurants within a mile. For an older property that has been renovated, this is a very good value for the price. It feels safe and have 24 hour security. There is a restaurant onsite but didn't try it. The staff is professional and courteous. If you get a room that is facing the freeway, it could be a bit noisier but bearable. "

"Day staff was polite and courteous .. overnight guy was terrible .. barely awake ..couldn't understand what he was saying cause he mumbled .. seems he really didn't want to be bothered .. otherwise good place to stay "

"I booked this hotel because of the multiple hot tubs that they listed. I even called the property before booking to make sure that the hot tubs were in working condition. Of course, only one whole hot tub was open and it was freezing cold. There were lots of people at the pool that day and everyone was frustrated! Also upon arriving, I noticed our room was a little warm, but we set the air conditioning and left to go exploring and did not come back until past 9 PM. The room was still warm and we noticed that in the middle of the night the thermostat reset back up to a higher temperature. I told them about this the next day and had to ask multiple times for someone to come fix the air conditioning. I was also told upon leaving by the manager Rajiv that I would receive one night refund and then they never gave it! They won't return any calls or help resolve the issue. Completely ridiculous as a Hilton member, I am so disappointed."
