We enjoyed the area which was near our event. The room was very warm and stuffy. Our patio area was dirty and apparently never cleaned. The breakfast was horrible. Plastic cutlery! On site parking was a plus although not free.

Great hotel in great neighborhood. Located on a bustling street but the hotel was nice and quiet. Big room newly renovated with two king sized beds that were comfortable. Parking was convenient. The front desk staff were not very personable but everything else was great.

The hotel itself is great, clean well sized rooms with all the associated things you should need .. like coffee machine, safe, iron etc… Shower was excellent. Breakfast was pretty awful and you had to try and eat your food on paper plates with plastic knives and forks, really quite awkward and very environmentally unsound. Frankly not a good look and it would put me off staying there again. They offer room service and can’t imagine they give you plastic knives to cut your $50 steak with.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and shops, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool area and breakfast were also great bonuses, and having electric car charging available in the parking area was especially convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it when visiting Los Angeles.

I’ve stayed at several BW hotels and this one was the best by far. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. Will stay there again.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The only thing was the breakfast room on the third floor was always packed and no where to sit. We had to go to the fourth floor which is fine but they do not have the same food choices. Other than that the place was excellent. Highly recommend.
