The staff were very friendly, checked in early which was no problem as the room was ready. Room was beautiful, clean and a lovely shower. Hotel rooms are very clean, great amenities. Accessible room shower was one of nicest . Included seat and floor mat to prevent slips. Downside …mattress was terrible and needs replacing. Found pillows very soft and lumpy. Probably should have rated 2-3 because of bedding but staff and everything else was good. .
