Close to Pico Rivera sports arena, mariscos restaurant down the street was yummy. Very clean and front desk attendant was very nice and friendly

Stayed here with my wife & 14 month baby. The clerk was very friendly & I can tell he was attentive & was doing rounds at night to make sure everything is safe. Ended up booking another stay here because of the convenience & no deposit. Looking forward to my upcoming trip.

It's good for a few days just to sleep but definitely not good to relax. Walls are so thin I was able to hear the person next door yawning. Also you the walls let you smell whatever your neighbors eating which is not so good.

The owner and staff are so kind. The place is clean and for the most part quiet during the weekend. It’s the most affordable property and we’d stay again. The area is what it is.

When we arrived we were greeted by Jay. Great personality and customer service. He made us feel very welcomed. The only issue I had with the room, as I was in a room for the disabled was that there was no counter space in the bathroom. Other issue was that the people next door partied all night so did not get much sleep. They did karaoke at 3:30am. Obviously no security around.

Service was good, the room was nice and updated with modern design, the room was clean, and the price wasn’t bad at all. I would stay here again. Oh and the area wasn’t too bad, and is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown LA. The thing I liked the most is the place has cameras everywhere even a security camera monitoring the parking lot to keep your cars safe! Big plus in my opinion.

The older, Middle Eastern man at check-in was sarcastic & rude. It was not a good frist impression. The horizontal surfaces was dusty but otherwise the room was clean and well maintained. I didn't see an elevator was there was disabled parking.

the hotel is well maintained and the manager takes such pride in how clean and safe his hotel is. id recommend staying here to anyone on vacation that is cruising through pico or just needs a place to get away for the weekend.

Front desk was very nice I think he may have been the owner. Easy check in/out. Property was cleanin the room and im outside as well. The comforter looked had a couple small possibly food on it that didn’t come off in the wash but other than that. It was good I enjoyed my stay. The room was actually a pretty good size and I actually had my own private patio as well. I would have liked a microwave, table or desk and chairs for the patio but hey this place was very inexpensive so I was happy those are just suggestions. No better place for the price and I definitely searched.

It was a nice hotel, very pretty and close to whom I was visiting! Though, my parents had other ideas. People loud and during nightime hours. yelling, laughing. I don't mean to be the party pooper but they were really obnoxious to my parents. How ever, 5 stars! I loved how nice it was myself and will get again for next time vacations!

Excellent customer service. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. I recommend the 3 queen’s room if you have children. 2 miles away from Rose Hills Cemetery and Mortuary.
