Great stay for a week! It is very clean,quiet and in a decent area. The staff were very nice. The room was clean-and quite large. The mini kitchen was fantastic as we used it daily to make a small breakfast before leaving for the day. Plenty of parking and well lit at night. Its a straight and easy drive to places like Universal studios(30 min) and easy to duck down to Venice,Santa Monica and continue out the PCH to Malibu or for a short drive north you can access Six Flags. *** I would NOT recommend this area if you are solely going to Disneyland and Knotts as the traffic will make it a loooong drive *** otherwise I HIGHLY suggest staying here- we will be back!

It smelled bad just walking down to our room. I had to ask the desk to move us to a different room because it smelled like something died. The staff was helpful they were able to get us a room that didn’t smell, furniture is a bit beat down.

Your rooms are okay, they are clean, the good part is that they have a larger refrigerator and the two burner stove. I was hoping for the price to be a bit better since I lost everything in the Altadena fire

Barely feel like a 2 star hotel. Romm smells and feel old. There was small old kitchenette with no utensils, no pans, plates, kettle in the cabinets. Nothing even no coffee maker. The tub was painted and was peeling, not in good shape, break fast room like small 5X5 sqft including coffee, hot water, instant oat, small muffins, small 37g Nutri bar, nothing else, no bread, no butter no nothing. Location was good and accessible to shopping nearby.

Great location for us, comfortable room. We stayed a few nights - the kitchen was perfect for cooking a couple of meals. At the beginning of our stay there was a booking error and we didn't get the right room; employee Heidi went above and beyond to make sure we got moved to the right room the next night. Kudos to her for great customer service.

Nice clean rooms, quiet and I liked the hardwood floors. The hallways smell like a certain green leaf plant and it's a very pervasive smell throughout the hotel.
