"One staff member was terrible, ruined my stay, will never use again!!"

"The room smelled terrible, they had 3 elevators but only one of them worked. The parking garage is ran by a 3rd party company and it doesn’t work properly and is predatory. I was over charged and so was my family who stayed there as well. The security woman by the name of Yvonne who assists with the parking was very combative, yelled and got into my sisters face as well as my fathers demanding to see receipts of paid parking when the whole system is ran by a license plate reader. Overall it was a terrible stay and I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. "

"Good for a single night, in and out. Parking lot is a bit sketchy but overall, good for a place to sleep and leave. "

"Much nicer property than what i had expected. Great value. Included a fast shuttle service to the airport and a pretty good breakfast. Rooms were very big, well layed out, and was easy to stream to tv from phone. Would absolutely stay again. "

"From the moment we arrived (we came from another hotel that wasn’t clean or friendly) the staff was wonderful. Monica was kind, friendly, welcoming and truly a delight. The bra staff were great and the pool is amazing. My kids had the best time. So much so that I’ve made the decision to switch all of our corporate reservations to Sheraton hotels going forward."
