However, a few days before our cruise departure, we stayed at La Crystal, and the experience was truly exceptional. We were so impressed that we chose to stay again after returning from our cruise and once again, everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we were celebrating our honeymoon, not our 39th anniversary. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, you would never know it the property is spotless and well maintained. A special thank you to Ms. Helen and her outstanding team for making our stay so memorable. And to Cynthia at the front desk, thank you for going above and beyond. This hotel offers great value for money and is located in a fantastic area, with a shopping district just a short walk away. The hotel is clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that included a bar and a lovely view. Additionally, the hotel features a casino and free parking. While it’s an older establishment, it is very well maintained.
