The location is very central to north los Angeles few minutes drive to Hollywood walk of fame. The apartment is very clean and walking distance from grocery store The staff was very helpful and friendly

There are many places to rent in LA. I would not reccomend this one as it is overpriced & mismanaged. A European company manages it, making it difficult to get a hold of staff, especially for urgent or unique issues. I contacted them several days in advance about the height issue with our vehicle, but it went through 4 different people via various emails & reps before reaching a local rep whose phone number was listed incorrectly. Ultimately they led us to believe we would have dedicated parking for our tall vehicle but then notified us 2hrs prior to arrival at 1 AM that they misunderstood & didn’t explain to the local rep our situation & we would have to find street parking which is not readily available at 3 AM with our kids & pets in the car. My spouse felt the area was unsafe & he slept in the vehicle while we went upstairs. The unit itself is not well maintained. Neither bedroom doors would close because they’re falling off the hinges & needs repair. The bathtub & bathroom sink were clogged, the floors had a thick film from dirty mop water that made our feet black, underneath furniture & beds was a thick layer of dust & cobwebs our pets got caught in, the kitchen had only 1 small pot, 2 frying pans, & no scissors, knives, spatulas, or other basic cooking utensils. The dryer needs maintenance & doesn’t dry. The entire floor reeked of weed & my daughter & I have asthma. Staff also informed us this was likely an illegal rental as it’s inside an apartment building.
