Property is clean, looks like recently updated. Non smoking. Offering extra blankets, towels and heater as need it. Bathroom is clean in the hallway. Has a nice small fridge. Able to open windows for fresh air. Mostly quite at night. Bed is comfortable. it's a nice gate away , non luxury but economical. Very close to Venice and Santa Monica downtown/beach and restaurants. You could bike around. Traders Joe 5 min away. LAX about 20 min drive ( no freeway need it)

This place was extremely noisy. No ac. Rooms were hot. Ceiling fans made too much noise. Washer and dryer were next to my room and they went on and off through out night. Had to check out very early. Couldn’t get any sleep or rest.

Nice area, not as fancy as others but definitely clean, reasonable & did what we needed it to do for the time we was there to visit the Pier and other areas. The OP breakfast was amazing as well.

Very nice for the price. Bathrooms are communal on each floor, but are very clean and private. Beds are comfortable with a TV and nice blackout curtains. Offset from the becah but still close enough, parking wasn't super clear but a small lot past the hotel provided ample parking.

I could not sleep around 11 pm because someone was constantly talking. I did not hear the second person in the conversation, just the first person. This happened 2 nights in a row.

Shady run down place. Shared restrooms/showers where lights auto shut off after 5 minutes, so what ever you are doing, you better be quiet, otherwise you’ll be doing it in complete darkness.

A freshly painted flophouse. Noisy doors. Zero amenities, except 2 free sets of earplugs. Really! A bed and a tv.

The one nightstand
This stay was different, this place had shared bathrooms meaning I have to wait if it’s occupied. Also there’s no central air I was lucky! it was cool that night so I open up the window but on a positive note the bed was very comfortable the night was quiet and the staff was friendly.
