The ice maker wasn't working. There was no soap in the bathroom (or room). The tv would not turn on, so I had to have the desk clerk turn it on for me. Had the same problem again later.

The photos and description absolutely do not convey the truth! This place is disgusting, dirty, stained bedding, black marks on walls, cigarette burns on curtains and furniture, even though it was a non smoking room! Wall switch fell off trying to put the light on. Socket got extremely hot when plugging phone in, burning my hand. Soap dispensers didn't work, so couldn't have a shower. No deadock on the door, didn’t feel safe! Had to get a new hotel, because we couldn't stay thete under these circumstances. Asked for a refund but was refused! Expedia weren't any help either! Will not be using them any time soon!

The room was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. We had to go to buy cleaning supplies and clean everything. There was even poo on the walls, broken walls and disgusting bathroom. Towels with holes and disgusting and the floor unswept. Just disgusting!!!

10/10 do not recommend they have roaches the TV doesn’t work the shower didn’t have the handle to turn on the water the bathroom door was broken so you can’t close it the room door doesn’t lock they never brought towels for we had to get our own it was a lot of fighting and drug activity goin on the police came every day because it was Always something goin on
