This was an exceptional stay, conveniently close to where I was going to be spending my days and the beds made the stay even more comfortable. My only aspect in constructive criticism is that the trash bins in the rooms were not lined and although I was hoping for room service with fresh shower towels and the bead to be made I came back after 10 hours to the same used towels in the floor and the beds undone. Luckily I checked out the following morning.

The bed and pillows and the cleanliness are my biggest issue with this hotel. I had a couple visits since they opened in Downey and definitely can see the difference. They clean the room every other day but is very dirty, towels smell bad.

The hotel was good the only complaint i have the washroom door.I have stayed in the sofa bed room with 2 beds and the washroom glass door privacy was noy enough with kids it was not appropriate. Washroom door have gap so you can see who is taking shower.otherwise everything is good. And the other thing is parking charges.
