Great hotel for the price and location. But if you’re trying to get a good night rest good luck. You can hear everything through the door/wall and from the bar downstairs. Besides that great place for its price and nightlife.

Cliff notes: - location is awesome - main tenant was very rude to us upon arrival - shower was absolutely horrible. Water was coming out boiling hot even when the cold water valve was on. I couldn’t shower. - check in/out contactless is pretty slick.

Pros: I liked my cute little room, which felt like a tiny studio apartment. I found the check-in process to be really easy, despite what the reviews said. Just follow instructions! It was also very walkable and the Thai restaurant downstairs gives you a discount if you're staying at the hotel! Cons: I knew it was coming because of the reviews, but the noise from the bars downstairs was super loud. I brought ear plugs in preparation, but on Friday and Saturdays it's pretty nuts. I stayed 5 nights and those were the loudest nights. I also got a monster spider bite that required me to go to urgent care. I can't blame the hotel for this because spiders exist in the world, but I woke up the second day with it and it just grew from there. I can't help but feel a little sneezed out by it. Another thing that made me uneasy is that there's no locks on the door other than the main key card lock. No deadbolts, chain locks, etc. I'm sure it's fine, but I'm used to being able to lock the door from the inside in a hotel. They do charge a lot for parking, which I didn't know, but it's probably worth it for drivers because it's super hard to park on the street.

I came with my husband and 3 kids and they are very accommodating to that.. very pleasant all the staff speak when they see you. My kids were loud 4 and 5 and they never were mean or nasty they offered another room that was just as comfy. So if you have little children they are very accepting and understanding. My kids loved it. Also there is the ground keeper who is very nice and simple. Great energy ...

The room was smelly from some old sewer system issues (the bar smelled the same -- old building). There may be little to do. We could not get into the parking without first going to the room to get the parking info, which was vague. No space number was assigned at all. No email indicated any of this, even though I did the tedious no-host sign-up on pre-paid for parking.

Nice; tricky self check-in
The hotel is good for the price! Nice wine bar/ restaurant downstairs, The only thing that is wrong is the selfless check in. It is a bit tricky, text-only communication, and if you paid for a parking spot, you have to find parking, go up to your room to get the pass to enter the parking lot. So they shouldn’t really charge for that since it is a hassle!

Check-in was SUPER EASY. Staff was extra friendly and responsive through text. The hotel has a really unique look with a really cool lobby / balcony in the front. We stayed in the penthouse and it was really awesome. My fiance and I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was awful. The online checking does NOT WORK well on mobile. After 20 min of struggles including a $200 hold that was NEVER MENTIONED during reservations, the entire registration was lost. We had to reaccomplish it all and then the app lost my parking reservation!! So when I arrived there was no way to get in the parking area. I had to find street parking, in the rain, go up to the room only to find no info on parking lot access! The building is charming the room is cute but tiny and location is nice. There is a cute bar in the basement and a wine bar next door with live jazz.

We did not get what we payed for, we were really disappointed with our kitchen. It was not the one displayed when we made the reservation, it was completely a different kitchen. We also had an experience with roaches ending up on our food so we had to throw away our meals, we were really upset.

Didn't even get to stay here because their check in system. We had 1 hour to check in remotely. Didn't know that since we started driving towards the location. Got there and there was NO STAFF. just a sign telling us we were out of luck. The worst.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IT IS TOOOOO COMPLICATED!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I DID NOT EVEN STAY THERE. THEY DID NOT LET ME FILL OUT THE FORM AT ALL! WHEN THEY FINALLY DID EXCEPT MY INFORMATION IT ALREADY WAS PAST MID NIGHT I HAD TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY. I ASKED COULD THEY HONOR my reservation for the next day being that I did not staying they still never said anything. There is no one that ever actually contacts you promptly and when they do answer emails it be hours in between. I was really excited about staying at this historical hotel it looked really nice online yet it is to damn complicated to get in. I say stay away run the other way!

Not what I had expected. For older people who may have an issue with stairs and carrying suitcases up stairs this may not be the place for you. It is also situated directly above a couple of bars/restaurants - so if staying in the weekend be prepared for a bit of noise during the night.

Great Hotel if you are there for the night life! Bar, Club and Restaurant downstairs which stay open (and loud) till 2 am. Cute little room with Great amenities. Enjoyed our stay!

No customer service at all!!
I showed up thursday night to find out there is no front desk or anyone to check you in, I tried doing the self check in with no luck for an hour with no one from the hotel helping me. Finally had to go to another hotel at midnight to get a room. What a disappointment as I was excited to check this place out.
