Loews Hollywood Hotel
property is not in good condition. the couch in the room was torn and very dirty. the plumbing in the restroom smelled bad. floors were clean but stained. cabinets and dresser were beat up. this is a 3 star property not 4.5 as advertised

Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport
They had free deoderant but the room toiletries were hit and miss. I enjoyed you could purchase snacks and drinks in the lobby. Rooms were what you would expect. I would probably stay again if i was in the area.

The bed in our room was filthy and covered in human body hair, including what appeared to be pubic hair. It was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be upscale, especially one under the Hilton brand. I specifically asked that management acknowledge the issue ...
