We only stayed one night because we did not want to drive back to our house in Los Barriles in the dark. The property could use some renovations but the room was clean and safe. We only spent $30 so we considered it a great deal. We had a tv and ac in the room. No wifi but the tv was a great alternative. They only gave us one towel but we made do with our beach towels we had in our car.

Do not stay in this hotel. The place was dirty, and the managers were rude and incompetent - it took about 2 hours to make a check-in. Do not take TV controls without cleaning them - very dirty. Do not use the towels, they wanted us to pay for using the towels.

You need to leave a cash deposit upon check in. But when you check out, a staff member goes in the room and tries to find many things to charge you. You will not leave with your deposit. Also the heater did not work, there is no warm blanket (just a thin sheet), and there is no hot water for shower. Staff is dishonest. I will not come here again and I strong do NOT recommend this hotel.

In a line, DO NOT STAY HERE but if you need details, there are roaches, people drinking on the property, very dirty TV controls, plumbing issues, they have parking for 3 cars for the entire business, etc. When checking out, they reviewed all towels and sheets to find any type of dirt so they could keep the $25 deposit. They do not understand the towels are to be used. The have buckets collecting water from leaks. We needed to leave the bags at about 4 pm to come back after 6 pm and they did not allow us to leave the bags. Bizzzarrooooo

Employees are thieves

The morning front desk turd refused to give me my 500 peso deposit back, saying that the night clerk did not report it. He not only took it but I had to catch an Uber to go to a bank to get it. The only way to get it back would to have beat this little thief’s ass, but then I would likely have been arrest by his uncle or neighbor who was a cop…which is likely who taught him the art of corruption. This stuff is only supposed to happen in movies. What a joke…I wonder how many people they do this to.

I have stayed here twice, only because its 3 blocks from my ladies house.. The first time they assigned me a room with a 4 inch hole over the width of the front door, no toilet seat or shower curtain... I wasn't in the room 2 minutes and went down and had it changed.. The second time I stayed 10 days foolishly.. After 7 days they hadn't cleaned my room.. I went down and complained.. At the end of my 10 day stay the room still hadn't been cleaned, and they charged me 30 pesos because my sheet wasn't clean.. I said---you owe me 1000 pesos for not cleaning my room for 10 days... Never, ever again people.. I'll pay the extra money and walk a little further.. This place isn't worth $20 a night.. Take heed people..

Se mete el agua, no le simoorta a los recepcionistas, las de la mañana flojas e incompetentes, pésimas condiciones del hotel, en la ubicación es aceptable todo lo demás 0 y peor aún en ves de resolver te discuten diciendo w no harán las cosas, cambien su gente y limpien y remodelar el lugar, en cualquier ratillo se caen los techos de las habitaciones, que sea económico no significa estar entre la porquería sentido común al alquilar, deberían incluso devolver lo que se pago
