"Very much enjoyed our 6 day stay at Dreams La Romano. The only complaint I had wasn't with the resort but transportation from the resort to Punta Cana airport. We had made reservations with Talixo through Expedia to get from the airport to the resort and back. The initial drive from the airport to the resort was good. However when we were waiting for the ride back to the airport from the resort our driver never showed up We had to get a cab to take us to the airport which cost us an extra $100 since we prepaid Expedia for this service when we reserved the transportation. I would not recommend Talixo for transportation needs."

"We ordered a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, me and my daughter we received key and being told we got beautiful vip specious room. We got to the room to find out there was a one king bed. When person who accompanied us was told thattwasn't what we ordered he contacted front desc and being told the hotel is packed and no other room is available. They tried to put additional temporary bed to accomodate us. It took 2 hours of stres being looked at like I was crazy refusing room which they assigned it to us, to finally be told they have a room with 2 queen beds. Shouldn't I receive what I ordered and was available at the time of purchase without any stress, I think I should receive what I paid for ."
