Amazing customer service and it's a beautiful hotel

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

Loved everything about this hotel! Spotless, modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Close to Mulberry St and all the restaurants. Highly recommend!

Room was clean-ish, but the pillows were old, dirty and in desperate need of replacement Very strong air freshener smell upon check in - had to air the room out for an hour to avoid headaches. Staff was kind and courteous.

Stayed at the hotel on a family trip to New York. 6 people, two rooms, older kids (20’s and teenagers). Hotel staff was very attentive, informative about the stay/surrounding area), and helpful with getting us settled and with our departure. The area was close to everything we needed and was proximate to subways when we needed to go elsewhere. Clean rooms and comfortable beds with great common areas around the lobby. The morning cafe was wonderful for coffee and a quick breakfast option, and the connection to the So-So lounge gave us a great option for live music and a cocktail one evening. We will definitely stay here again
