Baz was very welcoming when i arrived. He took time out to chat and get to know his guests.The room was very clean comfortable and the ved was fantastic i got a decent sleep for a change.The food was really nice and plenty and filling and reasonably priced.

I asked for a quiet room at the back of the guesthouse and that’s what I got so I was pleased. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk into town. Very comfortable beds.

Everything was wonderful in LG tHAI DERM AND SPA. BUT THE MOST WAS BAZZ, THE MANAGER, SO NICE AND HELPING US ALL THE TIME AND THE CHEF, THE FOOD IS AMAZIN, MANY MANY THANK TO BOTH.

Lovely, unique B&B. Really delighted to find full Thai restaurant evening meal available. Service and hospitality really welcoming. Great full english breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Only downside was not finding the heating switch and unfortunately the tv reception on the top gloor is non-existent, but wifi is good and so can pick up tv players on computer. Wasn't able to take advantage of the sauna and massage services but seemed quite popular. Thank you

I book this hotel because it has a spa but i was disappointed because you have to pay to use the sauna or the jacuzzi but the hotel is ok if you are not fussy and you are there to sleep and you don't mind the spiders in the bathroom. The owners are friendly and very accommodating. I've been to many Thai restaurant and their Thai food is not the same taste to all Thai foods I've tasted so we decided not to eat there again.

Chose to stay again for the amazing Thai food. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed due to technical issues which I had not been made aware of. I’d paid extra for breakfast, which was non existent. The electric shower in room 5 didn’t heat up but I did have the warmth of a long black hair on my rather grubby looking sink.

Clean bedding & towels. Room old fashioned but it was clean. I had a private bathroom but there’s a shared bathroom right outside the door & you could hear people back & for all night & early morning. The shower was awful! Very slow. I had to go and ask for milk as none in room with tea & coffee facilities. Only 1 socket in the room & an extension with another extension was needed for the lamps. Average place to stay, definitely not luxury as in advertisement.

We were initially given a rubbish, small room. We had booked a deluxe. We came back from a night out to find we were unable to enter as we had NOT been given the code. We were shouted at from a front first floor room by someone whose grasp of English was a list of expletives. Receptionist said it was a person put there by the local council without a risk assessment. He clearly had mental health issues. Even given this type of ‘guest’, there was no night staff. This was a clear security issue. He said it was a guest house not a hotel so no security was legally required. It was a terrible experience especially when it became clear an attempt to get into my car resulted in me driving 259 miles with the drivers side window open.
