There is a swimming pool and gym and the hotel is perfectly placed for the town centre.

"Very good stay in Almancil, 15 min drive from Faro and 40 mins to Benagil caves. Host was gracious enough to accept a late check-in for us and was always available on whatsapp for any queries. "

"I consider this to be a slightly better version of a good Premier Inn. The main difference being the outdoor swimming pool, which is not a feature that i look for. The diwnside is that there are no in room tea or coffee making facikities, so bring your own kettle etc. The buffet breakfast is very comprehensive for this type of hotel, but the car parking is on the street."

"Lovely hotel resort-spotlessly clean. We had a studio which was very spacious with a very large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It was the best of both worlds- I like an apartment and my friend who I travelled with prefers a hotel so we opted for the studio ( which was like an apartment) with breakfast as an extra .The breakfast was excellent ( good choice of gluten free items ) and you could get lunch / dinner if required . We only ate dinner there once and were a bit disappointed with the food which was surprising as the breakfast was so nice. The staff were great-so helpful . My friend broke her sunglasses and they repaired them for her. A big plus (and it maybe the time of year as we went just after the school holidays) was that there was no scramble for sunbeds. There were always lots available at any time of day. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the marina or a 5 minute taxi ride - we sometimes booked an uber and it was about 5 euros . Overall we loved our stay here- our only small issues were that there was no mirror in close proximity of a plug so difficult to dry your hair, and our balcony was very small and set back between 2 buildings so not a great view. If a balcony space is important to you the 1 bed apartments seem to have a bigger / better balcony or maybe contact the hotel direct to ask for one that is not set back like ours . "

"Our room was a decent size with balcony. Great shower & big bed!! Pool area was great, just what we needed to chill for a few days. Walkable to the Bouganvilla shopping centre with designer outlets, restaurants and pubs like the fabulous Cheeky Pup!! And a short drive from all the great beach restaurants like Mariaâs, Juliaâs, Izzyâs etc. Staff were all lovely and so helpful - many thanks!"
