Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "We had the reduced mobility room, which was excellent for the price. The location is perfect for the Rugby ground but also for various shops and restaurants nearby...our favourites are Léon and Noz for lots of bargains. The bus stop into the town centre is just outside the gates of the hotel. Plentiful parking and excellent staff. "

"The room was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. We told her we ate early, not at 7 as was the case there. She was nice enough to order us a delicious dinner that was delivered at 5:30. We were very appreciative. We had to leave early in the morning, 5 am. It was a little strange waking up to a dark building but we figured it out."
