"The hotel was doing a full turnover of all the rooms. Checkin was at 4. I still did not have a room 2 hours later! The front desk was finally able to give us a room that was not what I had booked. To make up for it, the front desk comped our parking and breakfast which I appreciated. The room was clean but it’s definitely getting run down. "

"The Manchester is so very unique and beautifully designed. The staff was over the top appreciative and helpful. Manny was our driver from the hotel and was more than helpful. The Manchester is pet friendly and we’re happy to see our little furry animals. Parking was fabulous and it’s just outside Main Street Lexington so no problem with crazy traffic or parking. only about five minutes from Rupp Arena so perfect location."

"We checked in and as soon as we did, the people upstairs started stomping on the floor, which sounded like they were coming through our ceiling. I complained several times and nothing they kept us up all night. We didn’t get any sleep. It was the loudest and noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in and I will never state another Holiday Inn. "
