"Hotel looking a little tired tho the views are amazing. Also the bar was closed and no warning of this - we visited prior without my husband and booked the hotel again to show him the fabulous bar. Also one member of reception staff was very rude to my daughter when her room key wouldn’t work - not her fault and uncalled for. Wouldn’t stay again."

The hotel is well located, close to liberty park, so very convenient to go to the Statue of Liberty.

"The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Their wifi was down that day I was checking in which was a bit tricky since their room keys are digital but I was able to check in earlier at 3pm instead of 4pm.
I didn't spend too much time in the room but it was a comfortable place to rest my head at night. The bathroom was clean but the rain showerhead was kind of awkwardly located too close to the drain and I kept stepping into it. The water was not super hot either.
The location is perfect for LES if you're going to be out and about grabbing lunches, dinner, shopping with friends and going out at night. Plenty of things to do. Would stay here again for another weekend trip."
