"Great location on 42nd Street. Close to bus/subway terminal and within walking distance to Times Square. The hotel is very busy and the rooms are small. Bunkbed configuration was not convenient for us."

"The moment I walked in staff informed me that they never offered valet services, and two minutes later a valet showed up. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom had a strong urine odor. Ohhh not to mention the clogged tub! We had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Hotel."

"It’s a clean place in a good location with zero frills. No coffee maker, no water bottles, no fridge in the room (which I needed for medical purposes), a broken television AND a broken phone line. The lights in the bathroom were flickering. Sent a repairman at midnight but nothing was repaired over my three night stay. "
