Hotels with indoor pool in Lower Rhine

Great hotel. We love the access to the private lounge. Excellent location.

An absolute dream property with very high standards of luxury and hospitality alike. Truly a five star experience with wonderfully personal service provided by all staff members. Fantastic breakfast, great rooms with super luxurious bathrooms and tasteful furnishings. Definitely worth a visit and stay - highly recommended.

Just 5min walk from the HBF. The room was surprisingly bigger than expected. Its like a studio apartment with a small kitchen and bug fridge. Only thing was that throughout the 4 days stay, they only provide 1 bottle of drinking water. After all have to buy.

The suite we stayed in was very spacious, much bigger than other suites around, and it faced the river and the famous Cologne Cathedral and the bridge. The suite was well maintained (contrary to some other comments we read in the hotel review). The extra bed, which we requested in advance, was noted by the hotel was ready at the time we check-in. The hotel staff was very helpful by arranging to bring our luggages to our room directly.

The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful and polite. The room was great . But housekeeping needs to pay more attention. Location is good , good restaurant nearby.

Disappointed with the service at the check in. The rest of the service team was excellent. It is a very nice hotel and spa. The food is a bit overpriced and average. Good quality ingredients, but lacking a bit in taste and creativity.
