"Von der Buchung der Zimmer ein völlig anderes Bild vor Ort, wie auf den Bildern… Das Zimmer war dementsprechend nicht wirklich das was ich gebucht hatte, aber da alles ausgebucht war, konnte auch nicht geholfen werden. Fenster hat geklemmt und ging in der Nacht nicht zu. Im Vorgarten wird sich bis spät in der Nacht aufgehalten und durch das kaputte Fenster, war es ziemlich laut. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
