Spacious room with a comfortable large bed and a nice balcony. I only stayed one night, but everything was clean and the overall experience was decent. Good value for a short stay.
Really nice place to stay in luang prabang walking distance to old town, although it's a 15-20min walk it can be too much in the heat but you can get a tuk tuk there. I had a double room with balcony it was very nice but the only thing was the noise. Room was facing the road so it was very noisy constantly with cars and scooters driving past, if you need a quiet room ask for a room not facing the road. I was moved to ground floor which was nice and quiet.

Modest room
Spacious room in convenient location. Easy walk to food and main tourist parts of town. There is a tasty and inexpensive noodle shop directly across the street. Balcony was nice to sit and watch the town go by, though if you are sensitive to road noise, request a room in building interior. Friendly staff. If you have mobility issues, note there is a half flight of stairs to enter the building, and no elevator to 2nd floor.
Building fixtures a bit dated, but has good bones and potential for 5 star with some minor changes:
1. THROW AWAY the shower curtain - it appears to NEVER be cleaned and was absolutely nasty. Cleanliness was otherwise fair, but could use attention to detail like wiping interior cabinet. surfaces. Bathtub would look fresher if remove old layers of caulk.
2. Replace or get rid of the non-functioning big old tube TV. It just takes up what could otherwise be useful counter space.
3. Provide towel hooks. Bathroom is spacious, but there was absolutely no where provided to hang towels in bathroom.
4. Provide coffee/tea, preferably in room. It was nice you had hot water available downstairs, but it was inconvenient to have to walk downstairs with our own coffee fixings and spoon.
5. Sheets/towels could use refreshing. Our sheet had a hole, and some towels were frayed.
We stayed over a week, and overall had a generally comfortable stay. Luang Prabang is an absolutely charming town:)
Our room was on the front and the shutter windows didn’t provide any noise reduction from the traffic so it was quiet loud at night and in the morning, the room was ok but a bit outdated, nice space, comfy enough bed.
The hotel is very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful. It is located on the way from the slow boat port to downtown, hence the tuck-tuck driver can drop you literally at its door. The neighborhood isn’t as nice as in the peninsula, but it is safe and at walking distance from downtown. Overall, this hotel was very good value for the money.
The staff were friendly, but the room had numerous issues. The AC didn’t ever get the room cool, there were hairs and a bug found in the bed before I had gotten in it, and there were a couple geckos on the walls in the room.
Quarto amplo, cama dura, mas confortável.
Pontos negativos:
Tem que deixar o chuveiro aberto por uns 5 minutos para água esquentar, o banheiro fede a mofo.
A geladeira é fedorenta.
Deixei roupa para lavar e me entregaram limpa, porém toda embolada e amarrotada! E paguei 50kip pelo kg.
