Would not accept Expedia reservation
Expedia booked this for us after our other hotel closed. This hotel would not accept the reservations. We had to pay an additional $135 for a room.

FANTASTISK PERSONAL! Kändes nästan pinsamt att de servade oss så mycket. Hotellet var rent och fint. Rummen var det inget speciellt med men de var bra storlek, rena och fräscha och hade allt man behövde. Läget var för oss perfekt då vi ville hamna bland backpackers men inte bo på hostel eller dylikt. Hotellet ligger mitt på backpacker-gatan med nära till barer, shopping och mat. Hanoi är väldigt stort men för oss kändes det som gångavstånd till allt.

This hotel refused to give me the room
Even though I paid in advance to Expedia and Expedia gave me the confirmation, this XXcking hotel refused to give me the room.. I have never experienced like this before..Surely I have filed the claim to Expedia, and Expedia still could not confirm to reimburse to me.. Expedia said that this hotel did not answer to Expedia.. What a lousy process!!!!
This hotel does not seem to care any.. They may just take the money from Expedia which is my money..
Whatever, Expedia should reimburse to me as soon as possible.. What a XXcking experience from the hotel and Expedia!!!
