"It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for Expedia customer service help."

"Tiny rooms tiny halls small stairs no elevator and 3 strange men opened my door at 5am and tried to walk in "

"The hotel was in a great location but hidden behind the other businesses in the area. All the female staff were friendly and helpful. A bald male staff member was rude and racially profiled my daughter - stating she looked like trouble and questioned her harshly- when she went to the lobby for lemon water and answered a text on her phone. I had to clean the in room coffee maker before I could use it . It was filthy. Breakfast was terrible. We ate there once. The pool was closed. I booked this hotel for location, breakfast and pool so overall, my trip was not what I’d hoped for my granddaughters 7th birthday weekend. Overall the hotel is outdated, dark and dingy. I definitely won’t book here again or recommend to anyone."

"My stay here was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was super clean, loved the breakfast in the morning. The perfect mini getaway. Would definitely book here again!"
