We had a fantastic stay at La Bohème! Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of outlets and the breakfast was delicious. There is a fair bit of noise that comes through the bedroom windows from people in the streets below, but not much anyone can do about that.

Truly stunning property, elegant suite with superb attention to detail resulting in an opulent feel to our entire stay. The staff made our stay comfortable and so welcoming with a very high standard of personal service with lots of advice from where to eat to which paces to visit. Breakfast catered well for coeliac with lots of gluten free options. You will not find a more Italian feeling in Lucca. Thank you

This hotel is very beautiful and the breakfast is excellent! The rooms are decorated well, it's in a very convenient location, and the hosts were so kind and gracious. We loved it here and wished we could have spent more nights exploring Lucca and sleeping on the comfy beds.

Great location, welcoming staff

Wonderful location with a friendly helpful staff. We liked our room very much and appreciated the air conditioning because of a serious heatwave. Breakfast is great and a lovely way to start your day visiting Lucca.

Nice B&B in Lucca

This is a sweet B & B in a great, central location inside the city walls of Lucca. The breakfast was very nice and the hosts were also friendly. The B&B is very cute/stylish and is inside of a locked building on the 2nd floor. Despite being right in the center of things, it was very quiet in our room. Lots of shops, restaurants and historic cultural sites very close by. I appreciated the woman who checked us in as she recommended a restaurant for dinner and made a reservation for us.

Amazing & cozy place

The B&B is in city center so every touristic place you can reach by foot. Staffs were very nice & friendly! If cappuccino for breakfast is more tasty, this place would be really perfect.

The hotel is in the centre of Luca and within walking distance of anything you could want within the walled city. I felt safe as a solo female traveller and was comforted by the rooms' security. Breakfast was outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the showers had great pressure with lots of hot water. Housekeeping had an eye for detail at this hotel; everything was clean upon arrival, and the turn-down service was thoughtful with my belongings while doing an excellent job at giving the room a refresh. I highly recommend this hotel.

This b&b is one part of a larger building. It is a little off putting to walk into a dark lobby filled with bicycles and strollers but once inside it is delightful. The owner is on the premises and the breakfast is really good. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location is terrific. It is inside the city wall and You can walk to anything.

This place is beyond charming. Amazing location. Lively breakfast. Ultra helpful and friendly staff. It was a little unnerving driving into the ZTL zone (and narrow!!) but we were assured that they send a picture of our plate in to the proper authorities and there would be no problem. Loved it!!!

There is no free parking as stated. The place is great but you will have to pay to park a couple of blocks away. What they call free parking is outside the city

We really enjoyed our stay here at La Boheme and in Lucca. The room we had was large, with comfortable king sized bed and antique furniture. The bathroom is huge, with separate tub, shower, toilet and bidet. The water pressure in shower is great. All rooms are on the second floor, there is no elevator. WiFi is available but tended to be slow, almost too slow to be useful. No safe is in the room. Daily breakfast was great, with a large variety of breads, made to order eggs, and fresh coffee and cappuccino. The owners have other businesses close by. There is typically no one on site for service needs besides breakfast - ever. You’re pretty much on your own. Initial check-in was challenging, no one was at the hotel at 2PM as advertised and the phone wasn't being answered. When present the staff was very helpful, even getting Puccini concert tickets and dinner reservations. For those unfamiliar with old Italian cities, driving in the historic Lucca city center is a nightmare. I would not advise driving to the B&B unless you are very clear on how to get there, and confirming that the staff is actually present to let you in. We had a bad first experience and ended up parking outside the city walls.

Increíble que el edificio sea del siglo XIII, muy cuidado y muy a la antigua. Increíble experiencia si uno se quiere sentir como un lugareño. Excelente ubicación dentro de la muralla de la ciudad. El desayuno muy pobre y si hay más de 4 personas se termina y hay que esperar un tiempo a que lo rellenen. Buena experiencia si uno quiere sentir lo que es la cuidad antigua
