"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. A few things to note, though: - the hotel is a good 15m walk from the walls of Lucca, so you need to plan your days as it’s not easy to pop back during the day, especially in the heat of August. Bike hire is extra - 35 euro a day. - the pool is lovely - comfortable and a lovely space to relax. However, it’s only open from 10am - 7pm which was a shame as it’s not possible...

If we had any suggestions to improve on the facilities we would suggest a long/full length mirror and coffee pods to use in the coffee machine provided.
