Fui direcionado a um quarto com infiltração e goteiras (chão molhado), ao fazer a reclamação na recepção fui colocado em outro quarto, onde o controle do ar não funcionava, a cama de colchão de mola desconfortável, porta do quarto quebrada. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel.
