This was a nice start with my toddler and husband! They offered a crib for us and everything was clean! We’re had lovely views from our window and just enjoyed our stay here! This was a unique hotel giving you the feeling of being in Switzerland and not simply in a room anywhere. My only criticism would be of the rather abrupt young man who maned the front desk in the am. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall a good stay here, staff were very helpful. The location is good, very close to the old town and 10 mins walk from the train station or plenty of buses. The room was fine, spacious but a bit dated. Could do with some form of refresh as looked tired. Cleanliness wasnt an issue but it just looked very dated. I had breakfast next day, very big array of food available and tasty stuff too. Overall not bad, but for the price point would've expected a bit more.
