This has to be one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. The staff is beyond helpful.. from great places to visit, and great restaurants other then the one on site. And to have the mountains in the brack drop when you walk out the lobby door.

It’s generally good, the location is easy to access, it’s just 5-6 mins walking time from train station and pier. Right next to the exhibition centre, busy parties on weekend. But the hotel area is quiet. The staffs are friendly.

We've stayed here before and had a good experience, but our last trip was not great. It started with a lot of hassle during check-in. Staff was asking us to fill out a lot more information than usual, and tried to trick us into joining their rewards program. Room cleanliness left more to be desired, with a poop stain fully visible on a "clean" towel in the bathroom.

Impolite check-in staff

The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs.

Next to Luzern train station, there is a short-cut if you walk to the end of platform 15, there is an elevator connected to an overhead bridge linked to the hotel. Nice Thai restaurant just around the corner. Clean room and friendly staff.
