"This place is new so everything was clean and working. For a short stay it is fine, but as an extended stay hotel its dreary grey and black interiors would feel very depressing after four or more days. The full range of colors in the bedrooms go from black to various versions of grey. The room's carpeting does have a hint of brown in its grayness and looks like it was only chosen because it would hide spills and stains. It's all so dreary that for anyone planning to stay there a week or more, the rooms should have a prominently posted suicide hotline number. "

"Fees were a bit unexpected and excessive. Also didn’t get our proposed Expedia VIP discount for food and beverage. Other than that, I love the hotel and the location. Great spot for a Boston Marathon runner!"
