One advice to the hotel: try to fix the shower slippery floor, it is way too slippery and dangerous, especially for old people. Everything else, just perfect. Staff were delightful and very helpful. Good off road parking under the hotel. Only 5 mins walk away No5 tram goes into centre of Heidelberg (€3.40). Would stay here again if in the area."
