Great place at Lugano.

Nice place at Lugano! property is very well kept and equipped. Location is great; just a block from the lake front. Had a small issue with the A/C as it was not working when we arrived but the breaker was off. Staff communicated very well. 100% recommended

The apartment was very clean and beautiful, the only downside was that the shower drain wasn’t working and tried to contact property management and had no answer. But the place is beautiful and I would recommend it

These guys are insane. First, they contacted me and asked to do quite extensive online registration that took quite some time. I didn't expect that since I thought it is enough to do everything here. But the crazy thing starts when we arrived. AC does not work in this apartment. I call a person. He told me the number of another third person. I texted him. He told me that they can only come next day to fix it. And you know what? No one came! They just kept ghosting me. What is wrong with these guys?
